XP Maximized: Easy Internet Video - Part 1

I created this video clip (In the article) in under ten minutes using just photos - no camcorder and no editing. In minutes you can create a production that will astound you and your friends. Read this rest of this article to see how you can do the same.

While I could improve the clip with a little tweaking, I wanted to give you an idea of what you can quickly accomplish without a camcorder and without editing a single frame of video - if you have the right tools.

Here's how I created the above video clip:

I used a series of digital photos I shot of a local bed and breakfast.

Started Muvee AutoProducer software and selected the above photos as the video source.

Selected a public domain or royalty free sound file for the background audio.

Selected the 'Pro Slow' movie style in Muvee AutoProducer.

Clicked 'create muvee' and set the movie length to 60 seconds. - Muvee AutoProducer reviewed the selected input sources, compared that to the beat in the sound track, and arranged the images, pans, fades,wipes, and zooms to match the music. It then created a original movie for me - in less than one minute.

Notice that I didn't have to edit the video. I just chose the video style, and let Muvee Producer create the movie for me.

At this point I had two choices of how to save the video.

1. As a .wmv file which would mean the file size would be huge and also anyone viewing the video on a web site would need Windows Media Player. HUGE use of server resources!

2. Standard .mpg file and then I would use a second program to compress the video into a much smaller size.

I chose to go with number 2.

After I let MuVee create the video then I saved it and opened Wild Flix Pro, a compression software.
