When this Trojan executes, it drops the file SP.HTML in the user's Temp folder or the Windows Temp folder. It also changes the settings of Internet Explorer’s (IE) startup and search pages. It causes IE’s startup page to open a blank page while the search pages are redirected to open the SP.HTML file instead. It runs on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP.
